@chilli
I like the first and third pics but your "softening" in the second just looks blurry. Good try though

@carkitter
Yeah, I guess the "softening effect" will work better with a totally different subject. I'll give it another try.

Took this one maybe 10 minutes later:

@chili, like the jeepney pic. The black and white really suits that series of pics. Your pics are piognant and thought provoking, in an unstated way. Love 'em

@dj_wolfinstein - Thanks for posting those well-thought-out photos, plus the accompanying text! Very educational. I'll be referring to them from time to time.

@marlonski - That dog pic....

@manfran - Very well, my next mission shall be to capture on film, or rather CMOS sensor, the voluptuous but deadly female minions of Number Two, aka Stanley Ho, who is said to have recently secretly acquired 100% ownership of Cowboy Grill as part of his money-laundering operations in Southeast Asia. (After a failed attempt to take over Mayric's.)

@max_wedge - If all else fails, take a jeepney photo! Nothing else like it!

@Arez - Recently got myself a 3.2mpx digicam but after a few hours I realized that I shoulda gotten myself a 35mm SLR instead! But I'll make the most of it as usual. It's hard to find b&w film around here anyway....

@msotta_08 - Kababayan! Kumusta kayo jan? My bro-in-law recently left for Qatar too.

@light_saberx - Long-time lurker too eh, just like I was. Post some pics, man!

"food everywhere" *** 8:30 a.m., somewhere in Manila. Beggar-child peering from outside a glass wall of Jollibee, a popular fastfood chain. Across the street behind him are a Chinese restaurant and a grocery store, side by side.

"deceptive" *** Alabang-Zapote Road, Las Piñas City
