I will have to go through this process transferring my contacts from my S3 to my Z1 soon. I read that you just sync with your google account. setting> sync > contacts. Not sure if it works but I did that. Will find out when I get my z1. |

if you have your contacts on your google account, it's just a matter of syncing with your Z1. easy as pie.

or you can export as a vcf file and import into Z1 contacts - just save the file to your sd card and keep it as you'll always have it then and back it up to your PC, I don't like syncing anything online |

If you have google account contact, you just need to sync the contact to your Z1. You can also sync your facebook contact but, I believe you can't edit the facebook contact on your phone. You have to edit using facebook. If your facebook contact got not phone number, then you will only have mail contact in your phone. To add phone number, you have to do it on facebook. |

as I mentioned earlier in this thread I couldn't get Info Eye to update - it has always been on the original version and no update indicated so I did this (below) and it immediately updated
went into apps all in settings, deleted cache and data, disabled and enabled the app - then went to updates and it immediately registered the update and is now downloaded and installed - weird |
