I went to your office around two weeks ago to have my tmobile T610 upgraded ot the r4c firmware. I was told that you still do not have the firmware specifically with tmobile features. Can you please tell me if oyu already have it? and if not, is it possible to use just the generic SE firmware to upgrade it? Thanks. |

yes we have available already the R4C t-mobile t610. there is a sw upgrade fee that is charged. hope you can come over.

have a t39m, having a "no network" problem, i got it used and for the past 6months it was working great, until now or for the past few days... can smartnet repair this problem? or is it something unrepairable? |

britri2, do you have keypad for T610? mine is malfunctioning (multiple or no key press depending on key). this phone is still under warranty got it from semicon. let me know, and i'll upgrade the firmware too.
