I need not substantiate Gov.. but yes its pretty good & became popular in India few years back thanks to the capability of playing ".3GP" files too ...  I wont ellaborate on the last part (if you know what I mean )

@san it means I don't understand in jap. BTW the sound in dvc is excellent, saw a part of it myself yesterday on vlc 8.4, didn't give me any error. Converted it to vcd for distribution . I don't think they'll be showing it in theaters here.

Markets have opened in da +ve ..Chao !! Let the
Derivatives volatality, satta settle.. Have to Have to get going ahead again.. Fundamentals are still similar.. except US interest scenario, crude n metal prices and Hedge funds driven selling, profit booking.. Things r okayish.. Indian Tax system is a rollercoaster ride :-(
