You don't need to defrag it every week, I generally do it only when I've been re-organsing a whole lot of big files, like my movies or music. But a Defrag once in a while won't do any harm.

Im gunna make some card certificates that say:
"This certifies the holder of this card has indeed, got a life".
So when people tell people to get a life, simply show them the certificate! I just need to wait for a free listing day to put them up .
