ok so people are getting the comunicatons error all, the time,
Im half tempted to do it anyway if it fixed the File transfer problems of R1N035.
after all the fuss, I tryed to update my k750i, and im already upto date with R1n035?
Im unbranded, EU1

I just checked SEUS but 4 my EU3 EMMA6 k750 it still says it is up to date. |

I never had the file transfer problem with my R1N035 so I don't know. Besides that we don't know precisely "how much" of the K750 is updated before the communication error happens. It could be that the firmware is updated and that there is only a communication problem while trying to release the loader inside the phone ... it could also be that only half of the firmware is installed before the communication error happens. This was the case with R1N035 some weeks back. The firmware seemed to be installed, but the camera wasn't updated and didn't work.
As it is now we don't know what isn't updated and/or what is corrupted. As I see it we will know in a few days.
-I lost GPRS capabilities while updating with the communication error.
-Another person lost all languages except English.
So, it's obvious that R1AA008 isn't installed properly like some suggest in this thread! Some of it is installed though since I noticed bluetooth being more stable while sending files to my computer (phone used to restart). I also noticed that the earspeaker is very very loud now while talking on the phone - no one will ever complain about that again for sure 
UPDATE: I'll take back what I said about Bluetooth being more stable. It turnes out that the K750 keeps restarting while transfering files with R1AA008 just as it did with R1N035. How did they manage to screw that up anyway? It was all perfect with the R1L firmware.

- It turnes out that the K750 keeps restarting while transfering files (via bluetooth) with R1AA008 just as it did with R1N035.-
I have never had a problem with bluetooth transfering files to/from computer. only with the DCU-60 cable.

The new firmware wont be out till next week. Instead of moaning about why it wont update, just be patient. |

Why would you put R1N035 W800 software on ur phone with the bugs it has!? al least wait for the new R1AA008 for the W800. |

I got a communication error just before the end and it asked me to check the battery and the phone. However the phone seems to have updated just fine to the R1AA008 firmware. The log is as follows:
