Is it repairable..? And is it worth the cost (I need to send it to someone, cos i havent got the equipment) Any advice or ideeas ?? Please help me i want it to work !

U need a new panel, that apart cannot be changed separately. Btw those were mostly made in mexico

I am afraid, it wont on its own :-( try mobile shops in your near or se service. Who knows, maybe u get one! Ha' det god!

I had the same problem with a T39m in the past and my nearby SonyEricsson Service Center told me that to fix that kind of problem i had to pay almost 125 euros 
So i bought a new one for 50 euros on Ebay and it's 100% ok

My R310 had been tested somtimes. I dropped it in the water in a swimming-hall (or how do you call it). I wasen´t swimming, so my friend had to catch it with his feets.  (it sank to the bottom, 2 m)
But I worked ofcourse!
And I have dropped it on the asphalt many times, because I was a mountainbike-cyclist before.
I swapped it once, because of software and hardware problems. (like buttons not to work, freezing, loose "hook" on the backside (because of the /// adventure-kit) and so on. But /// gave me a new phone.
I still use it sometimes, and I´m glad I still have it! I bought mine in june 2001, for 1040 SEK. (about 150 dollars) |

@bear hejsan! Nice to see u! Any new /// fone or news from lund? @all seems, that r310 is the hit here now a days ;-) imo, newt to its features the design makes that fone really attractive and rare

Wouldent it be the best to look for another one, although they are soldemly seen on the open marked, but i see them once or tvice a month in varius conditions..
I think that that will be the way for me

Excuse my ignorance, (sorry boba if this offends you), Isnt r310 the satellite phone from Ericsson? Am i wrong? (Edit: the sat phone is r290 according to boba) now, Whatfeatures does the r310 boast? How come this baby is so Damn tough and durable?

Founded non orig t68 batt, 650 mah li ion, made of black plastic, now gonna check how it turnes out at usage.

well, the batt gives the usual standby and talk time afte first charge, but it has 600 mah, sorry.

I am on the llokout for an Ericcson R190 Satellite aerial. I have the short GSM aerial but I need the Satellite aerial as I friend wants to use the phone while he is out in Asia later this year. Can anyone help. It has to be in the UK.
