no charge for the gprs service. Kahit mms to an international no, they said will only cost you P5/mms sent( vs. P10/sms to overseas no). However the kb limit of the globe gateway prohibits larger msgs to be sent.

but what does a "weak country" mean? take North Korea for example, can you categorize them as a strong country despite their military having powerful weapons?
or say switzerland which has no standing army (of course, that country has the best militia system in the world)
the problem with some of our soldiers (officers and enlisted personnel alike), is they think that it's only them who's capable of thinking and doing something good for the country. masyadong influential ang military sa gobyerno.
