quick question, in case of manual setting the shutter-speed, aperature and exposure are automatically set by the camera?

For some reason iso 80 doesn't exist in code, but it is possible to give the shutter speed prioty to change i already done it check the exif info on this pic 1/6 shutter, iso80.

ISO50 or even less also would be very useful But I am affraid it is impossible to reach... Why so low ISO ? To make montion blurred pictures in daylight conditions

2s - iso 160 - only flash + light in other room

why is so many noise?

you used settings combination which are not good:

1. ISO higher than 100
2. flash isn't good here too
3. long exposure time

did you ever wonder why camera is always using ISO100 for 2s exposure time? look at your picture - that's why. every pixel in CMOS have different sensitivity

1. ISO higher than 100 makes sensitivity more visible (so called noise)
2. flash makes some "almost hot" pixels more visible too
3. long exposure time is "burning" noise, especially "almost hot" pixels

so if i set shutter speed to 2s, and iso to 1600 (or 800), will that ignore my iso and use iso100??

no, it will not ignore ISO settings. not if ISO is manual
