Well you can't get the MotorStorm Pacific Rift demo without buying Qore or preordering the game, which are two things I'm not going to do. I'd love to play the demo though...

i have motorstorm PS demo... got an email from Sony with a download code as they randomly picked the most active psn accounts and sent them out so keep checking emails for codes....
Also helps that i've been in the Beta Testing Team since Socom came out on the PS2...

COD 4 (apparently its amazing... I haven't played)
COD 5 (out soonish, should be good too I guess)

Assassin's Creed (probably can get it cheap now too)

There's a few like Motorstorm was apparently very good. I liked Test Drive Unlimited. I can't think of much more but I'm sure there are some. To be honest the next few months are going to be really exciting for the PS3. Motorstorm 2 (Pacific Rift) is due out soon so that's probably worth waiting for, rather than buying the original (though the original will be cheap!). And yeah, there's just a lot of games due out fairly soon!

Here's a few older ones that got good reviews and are apparently pretty sweet:
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas
Ninja Gaiden Sigma
DIRT
Rock Band
Also, I think Top Spin 3 and Battlefield: Bad Company were considered pretty good. They're more recent ones though.

Just noticed some comments about Motorstorm PR and I was also lucky enough to get it. The codes do state that they can only be used once and will only work with the account registered to the email address that received it.
The game is good, in the same way the first game was, however I wouldn't say there was much marked improvement evident.
The graphics look good but I'm not as impressed as I was first time round though that may be that I'm simply used to very good graphics now whereas I wasn't back then. The textures of some surfaces are average to poor though.
Also the tyres on the bike are not actually touching the ground at the start of races, it just hovers.
I expect these are problems with it being a beta though and I'm sure there will be improvement before final release.
The gameplay is good but not really changed from the first game though it's hard to get a really good idea as the track is quite basic in this beta.

All those who have played the motorstorm demo need to look at this..
On the left is the New press build, Old Qore build is to the right...the code which has been sent out is of an old build of the game..the left is pretty much the improved one as you can see....this demo will come out later on PSN..
