masseur did u email your payment confirmation to the email addy provided (well its the guys name which sends u to a mail to thing) when u finished your order from all pay?? i sent my details off and part way through the next day i got my credit !

ouch i hope that they havent stopped providing the service !!! my guess is that u just got to wait a lil bit longer perhaps of check that gsm forum as well to keep an eye on whats happening..........

successfully flashed my p990i via Kulankendi and then updated to R9 via seus finally i found a friend who let me borrow his laptop that worked when updating via seus and hey presto i now have R9!
i made a backup in pc suite prior to the update an i have just restored and all is updated and back even better than before i even got my old text messages back thru restoring in PC suite and best of all now i have a more rapid response on the handset and so far i have noticed the phone has a few different additions icons (when i connect via USB to my PC i get options!)

Well we purchased a credit on Tuesday and changed the CDA on Wednesday via KK. |

Debranded my Voda' p990i today courteous of KKClient,....and wow!!
I can definitely recommend the CDA change to 162007/1 (World 1 - Generic) for all Voda' branded P990i owners,....getting rid of their crapware has made mine a lot more responsive and stable. Coupled with the firmware revision, it is now how I imagined it to be when I first purchased the damn thing!

@ all 'former' Voda sufferers...
Happy to report the redness is all gone and a noticable performance improvement is being experienced
One thing I didn't do was 'Format Internal Drive' as I didn't know how to. But, this has not affected the process.
Just going throuh all my settings and almost everything (that could be restored) has been. A few of the 3rd pty apps I had did not come across on the restore but I kept the .sis files just in case.
Just wondered if everyone else has the following info:
Phone: CXC 162037 R9EC001
Bluetooth: CXC 162058 R5A01
Organiser: CXC 162036 R4B03
CDA: CDA 162007/01 R4B03
Currently have 22% free RAM - I never got over 16% before! |
