Got mine in Black today from the O2 store in Wimbledon... I'll post some pics later on...

whats the sound quality like everone compared to the w550i |

The sound quality isn't too bad... W550 sounds a tiny bit fuller tho. Apart from that, this phone is very good... not brilliant, but very very good... |

is it louder than w800i or w810i bt that dont matter 2 much i cud always just get some speakers

Same loudness as the W810, but I'm listening to it now and really don't think you will need speakers unless you love your music ear-bleedingly loud!

just looking at some on ebay, the white and black seem to have different package contents judging by x1387 items:
white:

The white seems to be packaged with a sandisk mem stick, and has a little walkman style strap (i quite like the strap) where as the black is [ackaged with a sony mem stick and although it states it come with a strap, it doesnt hsow it in the photo.
Can any one confirm if the package contents are different for each colour variant?

Recent  releases ALWAYS (majority) comes in BLACK and WHITE  I like the \"compactness\" of the W810i though . . .

Done got a K800 with 1 gig mem stick. So just wondrin' why release w850 with the old stick and not the new small one? Been thinkin' buyin' this w850 but now I aint got a clue.
