Hi!!

looking at the specs - Email Exchange ActiveSync®

What languages are available? I have used UIQ3 and WM6 with Japanese support and am wondering about Japanese support for the C905.

Off to do more reading....

That's because what they will tell you in the end is probably "The phone you are interested in is now available"

I got most of the info I wanted from just calling them. The guy was useful told me when to expect the X1 and gave me the 411 on the C905. He'd played with it himself and said it's going to be a cracker, comparable to the K800i's impact back in the day. The number? 0870 523 7237

They always email out too early or too late. The first shipments will have either not arrived in the stores or sold out by the time you get wind of it from . Your best bet is to call your network and either place a pre-order (most networks won't do that) or get them to call you as soon as they have it in, or if you want it unbranded and are willing to pay £400 for it then place a pre-order with someone like play.com, but they won't guarantee you a handset from their first shipment.

im guessing the photos taken should look good on tv
more less,if the tv screen is good too right?

and what about videos recorded with the c905
im assuming the vids wont look good at all on a tv screen with its low reso (320x240) lol

Whoa whoa whoa everybody, cancel your orders! Cancel them before it's too late! The C905 is coming in a new colour apparently...

Any guesses? Yup, it's your favourite colour, PINK!

That's not much worse that VideoCD (352x288) and if Sony Ericsson continues it's tradition of neglecting audio/video recording capabilities, I wouldn't expect the recorded sound anything near that of VCDs.

Think how a 320x240 video recorded with a C905 would look on the X1's display. Like an animated thumbnail...

the sound recording quality on C902 and C905 are far better than other SE's... thanks to their stereo recording and higher audio bitrate....

i have tested the C902 myself..... the sound on videos is amazing.

How ironic. I just checked the samples from the C905 and the i8510 and the C905 videos does indeed have very good sound while the i8510 videos sound like crap. So those of us that want VGA recording with good sound quality need to look at Nokia...
