It's not in the straits Times, i saw it in Lianhe Zaoba-> pg15 on the IT section. (It also appeared on the top right hand corner of the front page). Here the first sentence states- the long waited sony ericsson muitlmedia phone p800 finally arrived in Singapore.
The middle section talks about the function of p800.
The last parts stated that p800 local price is $1188 (2 year) or $1338 (without line).

Check out:

http://www.zaobao.com/it/it001_311202.html

However, it doesn't say exactly where we can go buy the
P800.... it simply says the P800 is available...

This phone seems expensive and 70% of the people out there find it expensive. But I have longed for one since I saw the pre-beta release, I find it very good as a PDA, Phone, Camera, MP3 player. You dont need the earpiece to listen to mp3.

Considering that buying one 6100 without plan is ard 700++ here.

I have stock for P800 if anyone is interested.

Hi everyone!
just got my P800.....gotta say it made me put off my T68m(with i upgrade) aside for good!
the price is surely a turn-off but considering you are getting a phone + PDA + MP3 player + bone-bare camera......its a good deal!
the 16MB memory stick duo is way too limiting......
but nothing's perfect........it beats the brick brother 7650 hands down!!!
