Dude, I am starting to like this mobile. It looks bloody stylish...I think u got the same mobile too. but I cant seem to use Edge features  . I see the E indicator only when i travel out of my place. When I m at my place, I only see G . Can u tell me whats the max speed u get when its at E & G respectively? |

@Jing yeah it looks stylish for sure . . . Regarding edge in my w810i i get edge speeds of up to 26KBps avg when E is shown & when G is displayed i get 5KBps avg same goes for nokia 6630. . . Looks like you dont get edge connection where you stay. . .

@zolo can u see seperate g and e symbols for nokia phones too . I meant will nokia phones show e symbol when we get edge speeds . I am using nokia 6230 it always shows only g symbol . now all sites r opening up from opera mini very smoothly and fastly . zolo where u able to locate any other tower than palayam which is an edge tower ... |

Even I'm in also same way. There is no option for N-Series users to select EDGE enabled tower. Dude, I don't know anything about SE phones. But it's good to hear that your phone is showing E wherever EDGE is available. But my phone doesn't. Everytime, I've to download a big file through opera to check the speed. It's really irritating.

yeah u r seein right its MINUS TEN THOUSAND!!. wen gprs didnt deactvted aftr balnc was in -ve every1 of us in hostel startd Dwnldin tonns of things.His gprs kept workin for nearly 1 month.& we al wer glad to f*** hutch |

@jack I would go for dataone, ppl are already experiencing speeds of up to 2 mbps  today, go for that. Check out vinuthomas.com, BTW i' malayalee not madrasi  .
