@haqid:
You know if you bougth a 40gb mp3 player and a T68i you'd probably be alot happier than worrying about phones trying to replace said devices
Lets face it, the K600 is a great PHONE, but a POOR mp3 player.. Look at its features and tell me it was designed to be an mp3 player however.
Given that it's about the same size as a T610, that really packing it in for a phone. Looks hawt too

Aren't we supposed to have hover boots, flying cars and personal fusion reactors by now? :/

Its nothing special to me... I personally dont like the style and design.. its too bland... it looks like the remote for my aircon at home...
Iv recently become a fan of the new Samsung D500.... small... lotsa memory... sleek and stylish... with all the gidgy gadgets... no shutter click when taking a pic and u can lock folders...
K700i oh well if theres 1 better SE should bring it out now like a K800... or something... |

D500 is not a 3G phone like K600. So from that respect, its of no interest for this discussion.
You should compare D500 with K750 instead.

| 2) Better RF Receiver so it catches signal in better than the exsting RF on K 700i |
|
Hey, DJ wolfenstein, this must be a joke right??? k700 has one of the best RF´s in the market lol

Yes, both k700 and k600 are poor for mp3 playing, but are quite ok for playing a far superior sound compression format - AAC
And they have radio |

Not here in South Africa buddy. The signal is really bad.Thats why I am still using my old brick.I hope the 6680 is going to equal my old 7650 when is coming to signal reception.Should that be so that the 6680 is going to kick ass ;-)

| o I appologise...
our 3G networks still a bit under construction it will be fully up and running in the next 9 months or so, so until then D500 rules...but even when its up....K600 wont be on my list of phones to get... In MY opinion the K600 not up to scratch doesnt blow me away!!
ps: in those pics it looked rather large almost the same as P900 and S700... so that size assumption u gave me doesnt seem to gell..
But whatever, If you so pasionate bout it, buy it,keep it and live a long and happy life together... |

The size I gave you is from SEs own site

There are pictures around here comparing the size of K600, S700, P910 and K700. K600 is almost the same size as K700. |

@786KBR You are right buddy :-) I live half of the week on a remote farm where only a handfull of handsets work and also not always.A friend of mine come to visit one day and he proudly showed me his new phone - a 2weeks old K700.We had to drive around the Kareedouw mountain so that he could show me his wap site on his nice screen only to find not that his server was down.Apart of the shit reception the K700 is indeed a nice piece of equipment.
