Not intending to put a downer on this, but if they don't send stuff out by this week, don't really bank on getting much this side of Christmas, if that was an issue for anyone...

There is obviously a backlog of mail this time of year, and I think the last 1st class posting date is 20th (I could be wrong)... that of course applies to any deliveries that may be sent by post... but may be equally applicable to couriers also, due to the Christmas rush...

Best of luck...

I have received Special Delivery items on the next day on the 23rd December before, so we should be OK - Special Delivery is guaranteed next day.

@Ariddell

I visited quite a few shops but couldn't get a good deal. There were either none in stock, or they were too expensive e.g. £275 @ £45pm from O2 (weren't they supposed to be free on that tariff??!!??)

I have not received ONE call from OSPS since my order! How's about that then? [addsig]

@ady909

I have checked and Guildford O2 shop say that the P900 is still free on the £45 tariff.

Hi all,

I originally ordered my P900 on 24/11 but was getting impatient in waiting.

I then cancelled it from OSPS and ordered it from http://www.e2save.com (Stupidly), the guy there told me it would be with me in two days so i was chuffed with that.

However, believe it or not, it didn't turn up and that was Friday just gone and it still hasn't, they just keep feeding me rubbish !

I then reinstated my order with OSPS and they told me earlier that it would be with me either tomorrow or probably Thursday because they are having 327 in today.

Lets wait and see hey ?

Cancel and go to O2

Find a local shop here and give them a call

I agree with you about O2 customer service - I have Orange, O2 and Vodafone accounts. But I have to say O2 CS, once you get through to a person, are getting better. I do find that Orange CS are nice but not always as well trained in technical matters as you would expect - like when I called about the CSD tariff the CS person had to keep consulting someone else.

Heh, sorry about the snotty reply, I am tired after a long day, and slightly worn out waiting for this damn phone to arrive!

I had a quick look on the Orange/P900 page on OSPS and there is a round "In Stock" sticker over the picture of the phone! I have never seen this before! Good sign? I hope so

*EDIT* - Checked the last modified time of the image of the phone on the website, it was last changed today!

Right, who's turn is it to call them?

Or has anyone received a call from them?
