Here's a great photo comparison between Sharp's ProPix CCD Sensors to other mobile phones... well more specifically, Samsung's not so innovative INNOV8.

Sharp's problem is it's Aggressive N-R which makes it's images soft even at very low ISO (same if not worse than C905). Innov8's sensor was really impressive imo.

Copied from my post at USEB:

Sony Ericsson W64S Now Available… To The World!

Sony Ericsson’s W64S has been availabe under Japanese operator AU for a while now, but only to Japanese customers. Previously, AU phones never worked outside of Japan unless you are a customer and subscriber of AU’s mobile phone service in Japan. Well it looks like that is beginning to all change. Rather new, a few tech geeks managed to create an unlock for the Sony Ericsson W64S, as shown above. This unlock, still in the preliminary stages, does not require an external hypersim and is said to be “99.9% stable and perfect.” A few business owners have managed to get a hold of this and are now beginning to sell unlocked Sony Ericsson W64S.

Exciting no?

Since this isn't USEB, I can post where you can purchase the phone. I should be getting commission for advertising:

guess they are using 904sh compression method, only at higher resolutions. Sharp should have used the 903sh compression, I have no problems with the 1+meg 3.2mp pics

here's a comparison of SE C905 vs sharp 1810C (mainland china version of 930SH)

sharp seems to have a bit of problem with the white balance
but take note that they tend not to update their firmwares outside japan as frequently as they do in japan.

and comparison between sharp 9020c vs 1810c (923sh vs 930sh)

That didn't make any sense at all...

The SH1810C has great night time performance... that's really all...

Ur hypersim is probably old... try to find a newer one. Be careful though, make sure that your hypersim works with SONY ERICSSON DOCOMO phones because Sony Ericssons can't send/receive text messages if you use the normal ones.
