I got the same thing, I've read since that if you flash main and fs first without customizing, and then customize as a separate operation after the flash is complete, that it will then work. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet though.

Hello everybody
I am looking for se k550i good camdriver. But I think nobody wants to make this camdriver better. Its pity. Please help and create good camdriver like in k750i and the other SE phones. Maybe Raiderski, lpachoung somebody else will create this soon. I hope. Please please please   |

I did some modding to my k800i (R1GB001 CID51) today (not the first time). I change my camdriver with XS++ 1.5, and successful as usual. but when I turn on my phone I got the SE splash and follow by white screen, and the phone just keep restarting  .
Luckily I have the Main Firmware & FS R1GB001 (CID51). So I try to flash using XS++ 1.5. It's not working, stop at "datachunk failed" or something like that.
I Also try to flash with R1KG001 (CID52), still the same. So I try using XS++ 1.6.8 (beta version). First I flashed it with R1KG001 (CID52), still not working. Then I try to flash it with R1GB001 (CID51), and it works smoothly. It give me a thrill, you see it is the first time for me.
I turn of the phone, etc, I got the message "configuration error. Please contact your network provider or service center", something like that.
I feel i'm gonna cry.... 
But then again I try to reflash it, and I "check" the customize file system to APAC. And it save the day.... My phone is like brand new now...... 
I loose all the data store in the phone memory, but it doesn't matter since I have a backup.
XS++ 1.6.8 (beta version) is not support CID 52 yet, huh..?

Hi all,
I have problems with SEFStool4 in order to extract the image file of the firmwares before I convert it in raw but after the PC one jams and it creates me file of 30 mb but without folder, I use xp sp2 with ntfs. Exists a version of SEFStool better than it does not create problems?

Wow, I've seen your tutor before but I didn't notice it..
I've just finish update via SEUS, It is now K800i R1KG001 CID52
Now I have questions :
In your tutor, all done in step by step. If I do it all at once, will it works?

K610 acoustic files ends with *.apf
what K800/810 needs are those with *.zapf
the current circulating converter found in SE-NSE is not functioning properly.
so no hope at the moment.. and besides like Xenon sad... K610 aint no good.

Sorry to break in a discussion, but my FAR isn't working any more. It did before I having a K800i vodafone branded with cid 49. Suddenly FAR can't start some server anymore. Someone had this problem before?
And than it stops!!! Is this the end of modding?

can someone gimme the steps on how to flash firmware, i mean updating a firmware.
i have problems updating my k800i, my current firmware is R1JG001 and SEUS keeps saying that it is already updated, now i'm planning to use xs++ to update it to R1KG001.
someone name the steps on flashing, and the finalization processes also and put some illustration if its not causes much trouble on you guys
my phones CID is 52
