Mine is the same firmware as you.
I have already found a bug however. When switching on and off (this happened after taking off USB) and the joystick shortcuts reset. However after now just turning it on and off it is ok.

On the K800i and W850i there is a button for access to running programs and activities or something, does the K810i not have this feature, as I can not find it anywhere, could be another orange thing, will have to get this unbranded as soon as. Why oh why do the networks do things like this, it is not as if these features have any effect on the networks, it realy stinks, will be calling orange tomorrow to ask these questions, as they seem to be taking standard features out, to put the most useless of their stupid features in. Why can't they just stick their wap links in and be done with it.

@volvoman, it should be the activity menu accessed by pressing the small key to the right of the 'C' key
@coxy, this joystick reset problem has been experienced in many SE phones but so far is not a problem that I have seen so I will try what you have said to see if I can reproduce

On orange branded phones that key just takes you to the main menu, this it getting debranded as soon as.

.... that my internet soft key marking is not a globe, mine is a headset/headphone, sort of like 3 branded phones...... my phone is from HK, sim free, any one know why this is?

It appears that your phone is indeed a "3" phone. Perhaps debranded and unlocked? Any other branding or tell tale signs? Box? perhaps 3 manual?

There are different firmwares depending on your region and operator. Unfortunately some operators choose to brand the phone they sell with their logos, not only on the phone but also in the software. They change icons, functions and links etc. >500's phone shows this as the internet key has a headphones sign instead of and internet sign.

look at this photo i took with my water proofed k810i when me and my friend surfed some days ago in South Africa. eeehh ..(and yes, its a real man-eating shark)......(i should shit in my pants bigtime, if i was the surfer).

no, phone is from HK. As far as i know HK dont have the 3 network..... box, manuals, phone, software, everything is generic  i was thinking of getting it changed for a new one, but i cant be bothered going through all the hassle, as long as it works as it should... but i would like to know why it has this, will need to ask the seller....

You need to manually tick the box under the text box that says show signature when you make a reply. Or if you look here you can permanently turn it on so that it appears on every post you make.
@>500 I would contact the seller if I were you. Explain the situation and tell them you know it is now generic, because, quite frankly it isn't.

i bought direct through this guy as i know him, well at supplier price anyway... (my supplier was on holidays  ) http://myworld.ebay.com.au/outrightmobiles/
i wil contact him, but i dont see how it could have been branded.... maybe there were some phones meant to be supplied to 3 but production got cut short  really dont know why its like this, will see if the seller gives me a new phone because of this, probably wont as its only a small issue.....
