From the SMP FAQ:
...the icon background may appear improperly with some third-party themes. If this is the case, try switching the Settings/Icon/Transparent option. If this does not solve the problem, then use another icon format (like the Detailed in non-transparent mode), place it over the built-in battery meter, and lock its position. You could also consider using another theme.

Exact correct answer. BigBen for UIQ3 is planned to be released around the end of February. The current version of Swiss Manager Pro already contains code to interact with BigBen and support its convenient use (similarly to Tweak Peaks).

Depending on the current theme, the Fixed icon format still may have some problems in FC and landscape modes. If this looks disturbing in your case, consider using either another icon format, or another theme.

I am having problem on upgrading to 1.43. Every time I try to I press free trial/upgrade I go to the next screen then the internet explorer closes that page. |

Hi. That happened to me too, maybe a pop-up blocker or something like that maybe interfer, try openlink in new window, that worked for me.
BTW Lisa, every time I start my phone and then start SMPRO (of course paid ver. 1.43) in the activity list it says that install SM 1.0 is running, and I don't seem to find a way to get rid of it, I can't find it anywhere else than in SMPRO.

Hi Lisa, every time I start my phone ( turn it on) and then start SMPRO (of course paid ver. 1.43) in the activity list (in SMpro) it says that "install SM 1.0", is running, you know, besides "messages" "main meny" a.s.o. and I don't seem to find a way to get rid of it, I can't find it anywhere else than in SMPRO.
I've gone to Install afterwards but it is empty and only says "nothing to install" likewise on the memorystick.
No big deal really, when SE is announcing a new FW I'll make a masterreset and then I think it'll be gone.
On the SW wishlist: Some kind of "explorer" that makes one able to search within the whole phone, just click searh and put in a file or a frase within a file and it searches the whole or wanted part of the phone.
Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaase Lisa, I'm sure I'm not alone wanting such a soft.

So this looks like a "ghost". Could be anything, SM not necessarily means Swiss Manager. But if you see it on Swiss Manager's task list, then you can identify it. To do this, select it on the task list, then press the Task info button (leftmost one on the toolbar), and look what's shown in the Information tab. Let us know what is the App file and the UID.

We have plans like that. By the way, on our web site we started a poll about the "most wanted" future applications. Anyone has the chance to influence us by voting!

I took me the liberty of DL your AutoCam, just to be able to show you. Nice toy!!
thus, it is Swiss M ver. 1.10 that wants to be installed everytime I turn my phone on and starts SMpro 1.43, I've tried to install it again in hope to make it go away but it still pops up every time I turn on the phone.
I even did a masterreset when I upgraded my FW yesterday

UID is 10000419
App file is QAppInst.exe
Path: Z:\\sys\\bin\\
Document: C:\\Private\\10000419
Etc.
I'm at my work now so I can't upload any AutoCam pics.
Booth the Z:sys and C:Private are folders that I can not do anything about, they're protected.
Any tips to get rid of it?
