As logical and innovative integration of phone and mp3player seems, i do not see it fully compatible until there is some major revolution in the powerstorage-industry.
I've got a P800 with a 128mb memstick for a few years now and recently having gotten a 20gb ipod, i have constant battery issues.
I always carried an extra phone with me when using my p800 as mp3player in case my battery would run empty. You simply want to be able to call when really necessary right?
And rationing musiclistening is something i really hate, but this is even what happens now with my ipod. I have to charge it every night to make sure it'll make it through the day. And no, i don't have battery issues, i just listen a lot of music a lot of the time.
So that whole se-walkman thing is such a crap idea right now. Consumers are gonna puke it out after a while, cuz after listening for an hour or two, they'll be stressing about whether they'll still be able to use their phone.
In remote inhospitable areas they'll start finding bodies, and the police will ask themselves.. why didn't they call for help?
"Ah, he owns a w800!"
