john74,
how did you get that resolution from the MCA-10, i must have been using it wrong.
when i tried the pictures only came out the size of the phones screen, even after emailing it to myself.

The mca-10 resolution is only 1 ..you cant choose like the mca-20 or the 7650 cam , the mca-10 has 1 resolution only

john74,
thats what i thought, but your picture 'meandmyxx.bmp' in the MCA-10 link above looks alot bigger than the pictures i took when i tried it.
i took the pictures and sent them via email and they appeared to be 101x80 pixels in size like the phones screen.
how did you transfer from your MCA-10/phone to the computer?

john74,
sorry mate, getting a little confused here.
your link:
http://www.pbase.com/image/3755738 - meandmyxx.bmp
this pic displays as 297KB when i save to my PC(size on disk = 304KB)
and also, its in bitmap format.
has this picture not been modified or resized since being taken on your MCA-10?
i took a picture with the MCA-10, transferred it to my PC via email and it was in .gif format at 4.10KB(sod=8KB).
when saved as a bitmap it went up to 9.17KB(sod=16).
reason i ask is i was gonna keep the MCA-10 but thought the pictures were too small whereas yours look alot better than the results i was getting...it was a one off but i could have had it for £40.
