Sakura will be a 3G handset and will be announced in September 2005 to build on the success of the S700i.
As rumoured it will be geared/marketed towards being a games console (May be 2006 will be year of the Gamer!!) which can only mean it will have to have a large screen with game play buttons above the screen too.
The above info is all from solid sources which can be found on other sites.
Using my powers of reasoning this almost all but rules out the handset being of a Candy-bar or Clamshell format so a Swivel is more likely.
Being a 3G handset may be online gaming will also be a feature.
Opinions please....

I thought it was a new model but I am not convinced so I removed it.
But here it is in case you want to see it again...
It looks very K750 ish.
There are buttons above the screen which remind me of the central shortcut button on the K750.
The Keypad buttons look very K750 ish.
The use of the soft-keys if very
Buttons on the side of the phone???? again, reminds me of something....
The red end-call phone symbol not used by anymore, which is what put me off. Unless Voda have added that on themselves....
What do you think?
Penny for your thoughts ......

The bezel on the front kinda gives an indication that the phone sholuld fit right in with the Walkman-family. Just a thought.

Thats what I imagined too. Sakura, Hermione and Ophira are the code names for the next releases.
Hermione seems to be the Smartphone, but rumour has it that 2 smartphones are due for imminent release - Hermione and (may be)Ophira.
This leaves Sakura which will be the All Singing, All Dancing multimedia device.
I would imagine it to be well able to compete with the N90 as Sakura (and the others) was supposed to be released back in June but was pulled by when they got wind of the N series.
I just wish they would hurry up.
There is a Smarphone Show on the 11th October in London so hopefully will choose this to announce these devices.
