Normal Memory Sticks and Memory Stick Duo's come in a maximum size of 128MB. These can be used in P800, P900, and the S700i
The P910i, V800, and the Z800i can also use normal memory stick duo's but they also accept Memory Stick Pro Duo's. Memory Stick Pro's current highest capacity is 4GB and I haven't seen anything higher than 2GB for a Memory Stick Pro Duo. As I said before though, in theory the pro Memory Sticks can go upto 32GB.

Thanks mswallis.
But would anyone share with us the actual usable capacity of these stick sizes (i.e. 128mb stick actually has only about 123mb available).

The usable capacity for 1 GB is around 940 MB. For 2 GB it is 1.85 GB |

@THD
tell me, what's the point in asking a question and then not believing all the answers?

@locoworks
I've been using a 512mb card in my p910i for a while, no crashes as yet. my p900 crashed a few time with it's 128mb card. All my app's are on the phone's memory, I just use the cards for media so that the app's still work when I swap cards. I try to keep about 20mb of the phon's internal mem free. Hope this info is of use to you.
@ redstar
I get about 485mb available from a 512mb card, even after formatting.
