In his defence, the guy was only trying to promote his site through doing us a favour in a way.
And he was offering a serial number, not a virus or spyware infected crack. Sure, it's not welcome on Esato but there's no need to come down on him like a ton of bricks. After all, the mods are responsible for keeping this forum above board, not us lot.

If they made the software perfect the 1st time we'd still be waiting for the Commodore64.
As for the profit: They don't play shop.
The profit they makes cover and awfull lot; next to keeping the programmers alive with a roof over their heads the companies need to pay their rent and equipment and so on and so on...
I see no point in leaving this topic open anymore.
