The editor is now online. Use it at your own risk
You will not be able to save the theme you create here on Esato (yet), but if you have a , cable or IrDA connection this will not be a problem.
Take a look and please post bugs in this thread.

It sure could be better. But you will have to give me some hints on what you don't like. |

Nice looking editor... but the way you have to search for a logo is not so good, plus you can not select your own logo, else its looking very good indeed. Godt arbejde laffen.. |

I was just wondering...
Tried uploading a theme to the editor and I noticed that the alignment of the operator logo and the one from christersson is not the same. Haven't actually noticed this before. There might be a number of reasons like the picture itself, the Internet browser and how it reads pics or maybe, the operator logoes are really at different alignment on both editors. Haven't actually compared what I see on the editor to my phone. Has anyone else noticed this? |

How come there are only 216 colors in the color palette? Doesn't the T68 support 256 colors? I can see you've left out a couple of shades of gray.. Can be nice to have a gray color as shadow for the operator logo and other text..
Anyway, the editor is really great, but the fact that you have to search a logo by name could be better. One should be able to browse the logos as well. But all in all, the theme creator is a really good effort! |

good work laffen!
can i suggest something? what if you placed, for each theme editor user, a small cache wherein they can upload gifs for the title bars, desktop, and background.
...and then flush the cache after the theme is downloaded.
anyway, this theme editor is good!
i like the "point-and-click" method you used... |

Very cool Laffen, it's looking better.
However, I think the color selection was a bit difficult to understand at first, but I got the hang of it a few seconds later.

This looks great.
1) Will it be okay to be used with a T230
2) Is there a ETA on when we can save the info to download
?
Thanks btw for giving this chance of DIY phone stuff.
