i dont want a password/username i want a refund
i made a mistake i thought they could unbrand my p910i but the cant so i asked for my money back
they have sent me nothing - no refund or username - ive sent loads of emails
ive asked paypal to get in touch for me

Yeah, I'm feeling a bit discruntled too. Bought a davinci credit the other day and still can't get a hold of the flash files 'cos their FTP server is still down. On their news page they posted problems with their FTP server on the 9th - 4 days ago - and no further news of when the problem might get fixed!
Not really what I would call a professional service for something that is supposedly "big business".
Meantime I have a K700 phone that I can't get back up and working after using SEUS. The davinci client reports the following, after reading the CID:
