@ padme - hi. I think there.s something wrong with my fm handsfree i bought a month ago at rockwell. It resets occasionally then the profile pops up on the screen again. I'm using at t68m\\i . Should i have it replaced ? Thanks. Btw isn't the r380 also obsolete? Do you have any upgrades for it? Thanks again.

Good job Arnold on putting up this new forum specifically for Semicon.
Anyways, i just want to ask you semicon guys (that im sure some of the PPC forumers want to ask) why not try improving your upgrading services. In the sense na you can upgrade our phone in less than 45 min. rather than 3 hrs. or days. Im sure you can do it (kasi kaya naman ng Smartnet, unless sabay-sabay ang nagpa-upgrade) diba? Since Semicon is almost all around Metro Manila para hindi na kami pupunta sa Smartnet for a quick and painless upgrade di po ba? If equipment shortage is the problem then why not setup a service point on Semicon branches that are big (on sales) i mean the major branches? Im sure sales would also go up since marketing strategy na rin ito for you guys dahil habang naghihintay kami for the upgrade (i think 45 min. is quite enough and not 3 hrs. ) we can browse/test your line of products at malay nyo dahil sa pagkabagot ay mapabili kami ng item nyo even if it is not part of our agenda diba? hehehe
Wala lang just a thought, maybe you could bring this up during one of your meetings... Suggestion lang po

hmm...i think they have to connect to emma2 for the upgrade... kaya 3 hrs, once it hangs or disconnected while downloading.. sira unit mo... just like the case of johnny...
