fifth element (which I can't believe hasn't been mentioned - milla jovich - phwoar!)
jerry mcguire
Italian job (original - this is the self preservation society!)
gooooood morning vietnam!
LA Story
Die Hard trilogy
Arthur
Cannonball run
MI2

thats 10 I watch frequently but there are many more. Shame the list is not "top 50 favs!"

Actually, a lot of Masseur's top ten would go nicely into my 'honourable mentions', like the Die Hard films, Back to the Future, Good Morning Vietnam, Cannonball run, and also I'd add Smokey and the Bandit films, and the Star Trek Films, but mainly the earlier ones, espeically 2 and 4

yep sammy_boy, those too... and any James Bond, Indianna Jones, MIB, The Saint (or anything with Elizabeth Shue really)

actually we don't watch much TV really, except sport. We prefer movies and currently have a little over 700 DVDs

sometimes though we can sit there for half an hour trying to choose what to watch!

Just the odd DVD then!!

I think I only have about a dozen DVDs so far. And I can't blame you for not watching much on TV, there's an inordinate amount of rubbish on over the last few months.

yeah, after the golden league athletics finish (on sky sports 2) we're going to reduce our sky subscription to the basics because its just not worth it, and I thought aussie TV was bad!

Ghost is another great movie
