I checked the EMMA II server 2 hours ago and still nothing there yet! I am from Greece. Not even a problematic upgrade there as other posters said they ve been told from Service Points of their countries. I will check this afternoon as well but I dont think they ll have something for us!
I am tired of  and if they wont give us the so many times postoponed upgrade this week I will get really mad! |

 ... as stated before, today is a holiday in some of the Scandinavian countries... therefore no new software will be released today...  |

I think we should bombard them with e-mails, letters and phone calls, what pisses me off is that this huge company keeps lying and bullshitting to us if my phone isnt mms capable by the time the networks are ready im going to be well f**ked off with SE |

only servicepoints have access to the sweet EMMA 
ok, you can make a visit to it, http://emma.ericsson.net, but to get access to all software you need a special blackbox with a servicecard...

My friend is the owner of the local service point so I have access to the EMMA II server from his shop! |

Let's se again tomorow after the hollydays is finished here in Norway! You pepole that have access to EmmaII, can't you check the user forum. Perhaps it is more info there!

I don't think anything much will happen today, as somebody said, its a holiday here in scandinavia and that means that there aren't that many people in Ericsson who are working right now, which means if there are any problems, they will only be looked at tomorrow.... |

I tried to upgrade at cpw today (20/5/02) but they said they only had the mms only software the t68i software will be out in about four weeks
i thought the shop might be giving me a bit of bullshit so i phoned the cpw head office they said the same thing " 4 weeks for full update"

They told me that they HAD the software downloaded, but SE hasnt said the big GO yet, so they cant release it to the general public.
I think they are all A*SES. Dont like their manner at all.

This has pissed me right off!!! Enough to post a reply.
This is the reason that SE is a major market player second to Nokia. Because their customer service team is shit to say the least.
1, they posted on their website Week21 for t68m upgrade. As I understand it we are in Week21 but yet they have having issues with releasing a software update.
Come on SE this is basic stuff that you should got right in your development stage.
2, the idea of releasing a t68i is nothing more than a way to rape their customers of hard eared cash. (Sorry to all the owners of t68i, it’s just my view).
3, my promise to SE, I love my phone very much and I have even giving it a name (Nell) I paid a lot of money for it.
But If I don’t have my upgrade by week ending 24th I shall bin it and never buy another SE product again.
Thank you a very pissed off user.

hey devilman, will you be buying a nokia mobile phone? even nokia's service sucks big time. i still like SE's service better than nokia. nokia does not even bother to reply to my emails at least SE does. |
