i know

i understand the basics of normal internet forms... filled in the code, made a password and it errorised me. now when ever i click the link to try register again, it (from what i can see) tells me theres a problem and to try again later..

it is a reasonable guess to assume that if several sites offer some item for sale, and one site offers the same item free.... that the one site is breaking the rules and offering warez
