well it's a fake that's 100% BUT it's a posibility that someone really saw this model and the he draw these pics in 3d studio, but again i highly doubt it
though i like the design 
but i don't like the camera on the hinge  |

its a fake and a bad one at that, screen and camera is very poor,but the rest is ok CAD work,
and also its just the laptop (below) i have sitting in front of me made into a phone so its not even original, lol nice try but next time you must try harder, lol

While interesting from a design-wise standpoint its just an amateurish 3D mockup, which can easily be revealed by the missing Ericsson connector at the bottom of the phone.
Sheesh..
