Don't "victim" phones need to have bluetooth turned on? Or do they just have to have the capability?

well as i understand nokias bt is in discoverymode 24/7 (on the 3650 and 7650 anyways) correct me if im rong

btw im from melb but not the city... ppl seem to think that a 5110 is new technologegy around here... i consider a 5110 as 1 of them fones u trow in the recycle things at fone shops
