Hmmm... i think i have a (simple) solution for your problem guys... for you to access any sites from your phone anywhere and anytime just bring your active globe/touch or sun prepaid sim card to any smart wireless centes or tsi outlets near you and simswap it to a new smart 64k supersim2 for free! after that im sure you can browse and download from any sites you like! hehehe! cheers! =o) **I'm hooked on Addict, Are you on Addict too?**

i just called Globe a couple of minutes ago and i asked for options since sony ericsson phones are not supported by their games site on wap. sabi nung girl: "sir, to maintain the great quality of our GPRS services, we decided to limit the service to our own site and yahoo.com. now, since you are using a sony ericsson phone, i suggest that you check on the site every once in a while, to know the updates and see if we already support your phone." MAN, THAT WAS THE BIGGEST SHIT I EVER HEARD FROM A COMPANY. simple lang ang ibig sabihgin nung girl. first, their company sucks. second, their company sucks. after my contract, i want globe to kiss my ass.

@pinoyastroboy,...... since you're a post-paid globe subscriber why not use the GLOBE-CSD settings,,,,, there you can access other wap site/s thru your phone like esato, kaya lang nga its not free not like GPRS........thats one reason why GLOBE is limiting access to other wap site using GPRS, because its f**kngly free.....wala sila kita, waka nga paktaylo negosyo !

@ R. Schumacher & CPM, yes you can download free themes, ring tones, wallpaper & etc... here in ESATO using the CSD setting from Globe , with regards to email client, i dont think the settings will work, Globe has a different setting/s configuration for this and it's offered only to post paid subscriber

I'm having the same problem lately...no gprs signal here in San Juan for the past month(works before) but when I go to Virra Mall there's a signal. Did Globe shut down some of their gprs sites?

Coz the settings posted here is for accessing wap via CSD. Not for retreiving MMS.

@jheng_love, did you have the right settings installed in your phone? you can have it by sending the text message "GO t68i" to 2951 if this doesnt work try to visit any globe hub and ask a representative about your problem, they will take note of your phone model , number & name, after the visit to Globe Hub you should be able to send & retrieve MMS.
