I found a good T610 Case! |

I think I've seen that one, but it's plain leather and, in my opinion, isn't particularly attractive. A local phone dealer does another standard leather case, designed specifically for the T610 (i.e. with all the holes in the right place for camera, buttons, charger and joystick) for just £5.
If anyone is interested (and near enough) the shop is in Winchcombe Street Cheltenham, opposite Halifax Bank. |

What is this 'I want to slip my phone in and out of the case'...Don't get me wrong I do not mean it nasty, I just want to be educated on why you want to do that as I can think of a single need.
I got the Krussel case for only £11.95 and it is fab, no need to take it out for a single function...Well that I am aware of at least....
Oh and who ever it was who made the first post...If you don't like people providing their opinions, you shouldn't post on a forum... |

dejongj - Agreed! Isn't the best case one which protects your phone whilst at the same time allowing you to use it without having to keep taking it in and out?
I find the Krusell (the zip in, vertical one) excellent - especially the velcro flap at the back that reveals the camera lens! Only problem is that the screen is even harder to see in bright sun with an extra layer of plastic over it - but can't have everything ) |

@dejongj:
I bought my phone partly because of the way it looks. So I don't want to have those looks hidden by a case while I'm using it, but, I do want it protected while I'm not using it... spend $$$ on design so why cover it up? All phones might as well look the same if you are going to cover it with a case. There's my reason for wanting a case to slip my phone in and out of easily...
Also, I never said I don't like people providing their opinion. It's only my opinion that this is a 'good case'. But his statement added nothing to the thread. He said "It's ugly" like it was a fact, such as "It's black" or "It's made of neoprene".
You can disagree with opinions but not facts!!

Agreed! All comes down to personal opinion I guess
Just out of interest, has anyone dropped a T610 yet (without a case)? My old T68i used to bounce quite well and the couple of times I did drop it, it only had the smallest of scratches to show for it! I wonder how the T610 will survive...

I havn't dropped mine yet.... I did say yet!
I am however fearing this as it doesnt seem too sturdy to handle being dropped too much. |

JoolsG3; Fair enough I did not think of it like that. The T610 is a very good looking phone. I have just learned to appreciate beauty in private following a phone jack, and two near car jacks....I do not drive convertibles anylonger either.
Just think it is much more classy that you know the true beauty without having to show it off like some footballer
Regarding facts, hmm well I think you have contradicted yourself. The reasons why 'black' is a fact, is that it is defined in science what black is. 'Ugly' on the other hand is an opinion, an opinion that may or may not be shared by a lot of people but never a fact by definition....
Kind regards,

I vote for a horizontal belt pouch. Great protection that doesn't get in the way when I sit down. And I use the phone, I get to touch the original surface and keys, without those annoying cheap plastic. I also dislike zipper covers as those hard zippers would invariably rub and mark the phone casing. |

I've gone for a skin from MobileFun (UK) which is good, but a little steep at £6..
And I've also got a SE ICT-14 Phone Holster - which is really nice, but doesn't allow any connections on the bottom when used I was hoping to use the radio simulatiously...
Use both, one to hold the phone and one incase I drop it.

the ICT-14 has a notch at the bottom so yo can attach accessories to the T610's ports.
maybe, you inserted the phone the wrong way.
when the ICT-14 is clipped to your belt, the phone should be facing your belt. the top part of the phone should be facing forward.
