I use my Bluespoon daily and was keen on getting a T610. I have a Nokia 6310i and with the latest firmware upgrades for both the Bluespoon and the handset, everything works 100%. Finally can I trust the connection. Maybe SE is loosing to Nokia here too. Sad because the T610 is really tempting!

The T610 IS a good phone. Its a pitty that SE didn't test the basic functions of the phone before putting it on the market. |

I too have the BT headset crackling. I had an 03W19/R2A handset which had no hissing problem but when paired with my HBH-60 was really bad.
Carphone Warehouse have swapped it for an 03W22/R3A model.
The result - still got the BT crackling but now I've got the hissing as well!
Like others, I've been told by SE to send the handset to Celestica so I'll be watching with interest to see the feedback from those who've already sent theirs off. |

Hi guys,
as i had mentioned before, i had given my T610 to the SE service center with my HBH-60 for the crackle problem. Thy told me some parts would have to be changed in the handset, but they dint have it in stock, and it would come in on sunday. They themselves have called me up today (was a suprise, never expected it)and told me to get the headset to them and they will fix it. so there might already be a solution out there. BUT i had already given up on my T610 2 days back and traded it in for a P800, so i dont have the phone to get it fixed and test. So maybe some of you can go to the service center and see what they do abt it, as i feel now they are aware of the problem and they have a solution to it. But it feels so bad, buying a new phone and sending it to the service center, so im going to wait for the total problem free batch, to buy my t610 again. |

I've got a T610 (w23 on Orange in the UK), and a HBH-60, and I get BT crackling. Not so bad I can't make out what's being said, but laughably bad copared to a wired headset. Nice one SonyEricsson! |

Yep - I have T610 wk23 on Orange also and just got a HBH60. Same problem being a bit crackly - still useable, but not good. Dont know if to send it back to get a refund and a different model or wait until SE release a new one - HBH65 perhaps? |

I think that everyone who has this problem should email Sonyericsson, or telephone their Customer Services to complain.
The impression I am getting from them is that they are not going to do anything about it until enough people complain!
So get complaining |

I have just spoken to the Sony Ericsson E-shop UK (Ran by Data Select in High Wycombe) where I got my HBH-60 from. Again they say they are not aware of the static problem with a T610, although the guy there did say that there was a recent software release which may sort this. I am sending it back to him and he said he will test it on his software upgraded handset. He did seem quite keen however for me to swop it for a HBH30 or HBH35.
I will let you know what happens.
