Ive called globe to terminate my subscription last Monday night and they told me a business development officer will call me to confirm this transaction. Until now, no one from globe has called me. What gives?

@TO ALL, i've just got a SMART supersim2 yesterday, and i was able to browse the internet using my t68i as a modem. the problem is i dont have any idea about the rates! i called up CS of smart and told me that it is php 8.00 pesos per minute, is this true? and also using wap via gprs anu ba talaga totoo .25 or .50 per kb??? salamat sa inyong lahat mga bro............

@senninah, eh yung internet browsing sa pc using t68i as a modem??? how much ung rate? 8 pesos ba per minute???

gprs rates are based on data volume sent and received @ P0.25/kb.

per minute rates are for GSM WAP access.

i.e. if you dial up a number, for example i think the number for globe was 2399, then that is GSM WAP and time-based. if you access the internet by dialling up *99***#, then that is gprs access and is volume-based.

you should surrender your old sim card and cellphone(if you want a new one), if you want to switch from gold to addict.

hi i just configured my smart amazing phone with the given configurations froma thread here...it worked for me but i just wanna ask if i would be charged if i used that? coz what i know globe is charging per kb if ur using gprs from PDAs or laptops...is it also the same when i used my smart amazing phone?
