Hey guys, have a question about the Overlay plus. I remember someone posting something about screen protectors effecting the way the flip buttons work properly. Is this the case with this protector. @Bloomp have you used this protector with your flip attached?
TIA |

I have had three. One from expansys. One from Brando and the overlay plus from p800er.com.
There is only one choice. The latter. It's tough, it's clear. The other two just dull the display too much. Especially in direct sunlight. |

Bloomp,
Since you've got all the different types. Which one do you think fits perfectly on the P800 's screen. This is because I bought the Brando one and not quite happy with the size in term of the length. There will be about 5mm which will not be cover at the bottom of the screen.
Cheers!

The overlay plus is great! Screen looks more brilliant and feels hardy. Make sure no dust gets underneath it tho, enjoy! |

Is there anywhere I can see a screen shot of what the P800 looks like with the overlay on? |

Try to visit this link. There is a banner which gives you a rough picture of what the Martin Fields Overlay screen protector does.

Hi guys!
Does the overlay screen protector make it easier to push buttons directly on the screen with your fingers?
A good thing with the Brando is that it SO much easier to use your fingers...
Thanks in advance

Yes, it is still possible to use your fingers to push the buttons with Martin Fields Overlays on. The MF Overlays are worth the purchase because you the screen doesn't get dulled down as in the case of other screen protectors. However, there are two down points when compared to Brando screen protectors:
a) The Brandos are easier to write on and have a more "paper" feel. The MFOs have a more "writing on plastic" feel to it.
b) The MFOs are easier to get smudged with fingerprints. I find myself having to wipe the screen more often than when using the Brandos.
That said, I would still recommend buying the MFOs if you want a brighter screen and more vivid colors. |
