but hey, the SW for t68 should be already shipped to every single SE dealers thru out the world, so they already have the SW but is just wait for the premission to load them out for the costumer, so we should go get the SW b4 they know that the update has been delay |

Well for all that i know ive done some homework and any info on the T68i is based on Deadmans photos (NOTHING OFFICIAL)from SE,so no matter what the T68i is still under wraps RUMOURS the MMS upgrade is promised Q1(Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr) the 4th of March is still an assumption!!! |

You guys are absolutely incredible. One little rumour and you get all whined up and wanna kill someone (or at least punch someone from SE real hard).
CALM DOWN. YOU WILL GET YOUR FREAKING UPGRADE! The damn t68m was sold with features that has not yet been implemented (yes, MMS) - and SE will fix that - probably TOMORROW.

I guess this week will be exciting.
If the SW upgrade won't be awailable tomorrow, then maybe it will be out any day of the week. If not, then I would expect it to be within a month.
I'll be checking this website firstthing in the morning! That's for shure! |

This software is near production, and is jamming. New icons, better battery stand-by time status reporting, screensaver, MMS (of course), picture phonebook, Battleships (a new game, and definately the best ever made for a cell-phone), possibility to store loads of pictures (I have about 70), new music composer (where you also can add special effects; turning leds on/off, backlight on/off buzzer on/off, set volume etc), possibility to save more than 1400s of speech notes, themes (you cannot make new themes on this software, but for the next release you can. You can still send the themes to another T68 with the same software), post-it notes, SyncML, possibility to transfer actual music clips for MMS(low quality 8khz) and the transfer goes two ways(phone<->PC).
This is what I've found so far, after using it for one day.
This excellent phone, just got better.
It rocks!!!
Also, latest I heard of a release for this software was March. And no, you cannot get hold of this release before that (at least I cannot help you).

Hi guys!
I got my T68 upgraded today, and service man told me that he always does "onlineupgrades" with the newest SW from and I got R2B in my phone and nothing more exiting than that. Maybe the menu and T9 speed was a litte bit faster and some new games. But no MMS altough. But as many of you says: it will probably be released during CeBit.

sony ericsson is making dupes of us....I have sw R2b,and this morning I went at my service point asking them 4 the upgrade..I left them my phone til 4 o c'lock in the afternoon and then when I got there they told me that on the se server the mms upgrade was available (already written) but not available for download yet...they told me that se in italy after the huge sw problems they had here in italy with the t28,decided to wait a month more to make the mms upgrade available for italian service points,this because they first wanted to see if there were any relevant bugs...i suppose this might be different in spain,france ecc.....so i hope you guys have got it....
