I spent half hr on phn today with them and got nowhere. Been sent 3 phones over the last week and not one was the right phn. Still waiting and now they say there are no T68i's left! RyaN Joined: Jun 24, 2002 Posts: > 500 From: By the hill, Sussex PM	Posted: 2003-03-17 18:09 i bought my t68 some time ago now from, alas, the link. it is very true they havent got a bloody clue wot theyre talking about (contradicting totally wot theyre clicky clicky advertisement says) and they are (more often than not) only concerned in getting commision from the sale and then pushing their coverplan. my phone is on orange and when you connect the first years insurance is free, provided your on orange tariffs. this still didnt deter the sales assistant asking 3 or 4 times whether i wanted it or not. why would i want that, when i get free insurance for a year?? the scary thing is, alot of people that dont know much about mobiles go into these shops and purchase cover and whatever else the chumps in there tell them to buy!! death to shitty mobile stores!
