Then I propose two different solutions:
- "Dealer's choice" - Bronxdude, as host of this month, has a deciding vote (works as he hasn't already voted, if he had already voted his vote would would like the away goals rule)
- "Everyone's a winner" - Let the history books show a joint 4-way win, but no-one chooses a theme, we go again with an open theme

Dealer's Choice makes sense as the host is best to decide which photo fits the category the most and should be crowned winner.
