Manual settings support seems great to me.
And I will get it. I will actually sell my Z2 plus the other phone I'll get with my new contract.
So I won't spend a penny out of my pocket...
I wait for battery life tests and camera tests though.
And the design is perfect.

Judging by the first comparisons, it is indisputable that the camera Xperia Z3 has a better performance than the camera Xperia Z3 Plus !
JPEG files Z3+ has higher compression and smoother in the corners !!
Hopefully the final version of the software, Sony Mobile Fix It !!! |

LG & Samsung are improving their cameras, Sony is making theirs worse. What the f**k is Sony doing?
Z3+ is only better in white balance, but in terms of details the Z3 is better by quite a margin. Z3+ is applying stronger noise reduction that obliterates fine low contrast details while Z3's noise reduction isn't as strong so its images are a bit noisier but preserves more details.
This seem to confirm my feelings when I saw the Z3+ leaked camera sample, I thought Z3 & Z2 has better quality than this. Gosh, i'm reminded of my old Xperia Z when I see Z3+ image quality
Good God Sony -___-"

The dual-SIM variant is the first from Sony to support both FDD-LTE and TD-LTE.

Where did you take these comparisons from?
They're are not on the preview...
I wouldn't jump into such conclusions yet.
Edit:
Ups, sorry, it's there.

that also show that how good Z3 is, IMO Z3 is very good, no worse than G4 or S6 etc. LG and Samsung has very obvious imagine processing going to reduce noise and everything looks smudged when zoomed in. |

@gitaroo indeed Z3 is very good. No one in the right mind will say it's bad. But I would say the best camera in Xperia goes to Z2. Not because of image processing but because of the lens, when you have a wider angle lens you capture much more in one sceme but image perspective is very zoomed out and as a result, you lose details.
I have both Z2 & Z3 with me and Z2 is better in every ISO range. Post processing wise, both are the same except that Z3 has colder photos all the time. But again it's the lens FoV that caused difference in details. Z2 takes narrower photos with more details whereas Z3 capture so much albeit with less details
See this, my personal work: https://drive.google.com/fold[....]xbzy4iULR-UWRIM1VfTFlrcjA/edit
People blamed Xperia camera for using aggresive noise reduction, but I can prove that's not the case. As a matter of fact, there are many phones aout there that has more pronounced painting effect than Sony (iphone 6/+, galaxy note 4, galaxy s5, and even lumia 930) |

Did you guys see the speakers test video from Btekt on YouTube?
It's worse than Z3 by far. What a disappointment. |

And I agree.
I also have Z2 and used consciously it gives amazing results and quite opposite to the ones claimed by critics.
For the speakers on Z3+ - they are still good I would say.
They're still better probably than Z2 which is also very ok, let's not get crazy here.
I will wait with the final camera judgement for the release units, prototypes are different.
Plus remember! Z2 had it's own problems after release and than they created a masterpiece out of it.
After many incremental updates.
I love the Z3+ design. It's marvellous.
I also want to see the battery tests.

I notice this as well. Just like Z3 dual TD. One thing to keep in mind, dual varient has an older firmware, no support for volte and does not use LTE-A networks.
