@PiotrMmX, I didn`t answer your question about uncliping the jogdial, just push something (i used little wooden cocktail sticks from a drinks cupboard) just push them through the 2 square holes in the casing behind the jog wheel, it pushes it off from the back. .

how on earth do u remove the cover?
has anyone really tried it?

and I dunno, I wldnt want to paint my P800 cuz then I wldnt be able to sell it...

@Fijbert, Are you doubting the honesty of my posts about stripping the phone down ???
With the 4 screws removed (2 under the rear top cover) the two main halves are " A snap fit" with clips in the middle of each side run (like the t68 but stronger) the idea of using another set of covers to colour change the unit is so that you can put the original covers back on when you sell it. Understand ?
