Would it be safe to assume that @pt020 REALLY likes them SE watches?
If it is to be it is up to me! |

Pt020, thats true. Thats why you stick up with your Xperia Mini Pro despite of many new and tempting releases from sony Xperia family. I like your style mate.
Thanks mate ... I can afford any phone I like so I have the freedom to choose what I really like and
I like small and advanced devices ... but my next phone might be a bit bigger,my eyes are not as good as they were...

Wow nice collection... I remember the times when I kept searching for the 2nd watch(from left) but never got it, and finally gave up.

You're right, pt020. Even my eyes has been weak by looking constantly to my k850's 2.2" screen for 3 years now. Thinking of getting my eyes checked for glasses.
You wont believe but i have been using my mobile for surfing, checking mails, chatting so much that sometimes i feel awkward to use pc. Haha. But i am getting used to pc now.

@ pt020, I wish I had the luxury of affording any phone that I desire...
I would like to see a head to head between the Motorola MOTOACTV and the SE?

OK 3 days with the Smart Watch and I love it ...
LiveView was not as bad as its image was but it got it's bad name from loosing bluetooth cotact with the phone 50 times a day .... So very good news for the SmartWatch in 3 days it worked with not even one problem!
But... there are two other big problems,
first as I wrote before it is useless in daylight (outdoor) pitty you can not adjust the brightness of the screen and the second problem is it's battery life
I did not get it for longer than 12h ... ok it is new and I use it more than normaly but with the liveview I could go on for 3-4 days.
one of my favorite apps for SW ... is google maps, you can navigate with your watch (walking or driving)
https://play.google.com/store[....]FyZS5leHRlbnNpb24uZ3BzbWFwIl0.
More good news about the SW ..the price is coming down
Here in the Netherlands you can get it for 85€ (107$ = 68£) |

Does anyone knows what is this sensor for?
I thought that it was for the brightness but I do not see any change when I cover it

Hey @pt020, I recently got the SmartWatch as well. I'm pretty sure that's a light sensor... perhaps Sony hasn't written code for it yet.
I got it thinking it would just be a novelty, but I'm actually finding it quite practical.
What apps do you have on yours?

I thought it was a light sensor but I do not see any difference when it is covered.

Check . I bought it on Monday for CHF100 (£66/€83/$102).

To #1: I second that.
To #2: I had the same experience, when I didn't use the standard large digital clock. But with standard one, the problem has been solved.

Detox get on with the apps man would like to see what's new.
Love the GMaps screenshot, thanks PT.
Regarding battery life ... I'd love for Sony to work with Sieko and get motion-charging via Connectic.
(by old habit men would shake their metal watches on their wrists as a way of self scratching an itch or uncomfort from wearing it so long in warm weather. Using a counter balance allowed for charging).
many watches have this now.

Hopefully the successor would be as tough as the Active/Go, that'll make it an excellent companion for them underwater. for example Scuba diving and/or olympics
@jplacson: kabayan, how much does it cost here? haven't seen one on our malls yet
EDIT: thanks for the info kabayan

Sorry, but to be honest, I have only installed the usual suspects (New events, Messaging, Calendar reminder, Email, Music player, Call handling, Find Phone, Missed call, Weather, Phonebook) at the moment. pt020 is ahead by a nose. He has done a super job, when it comes this.
