That would be one of my top choices too - it's a great design, along with the X-arc.

XPERIA Arc S in all its colours is one the most beautiful if not the most beautiful phone ive ever seen.
The XPERIA X1 is another one.
The Satio in my opinion is also a looker, brought down by poor SW.
I agree with Hobbs on T650.
SE Aino another beauty, as well as the
SE to me make the best looking phones, for every good looking Nokia, HTC, SAMSUNG, LG, iPhone etc... i can think of a better looking SE, SE's design team are always on point, hope it stays like that with SONY.

I agree. I think that one thing we can be sure of if that Sony do tend to bring out great designs whatever they manufacture so their mobiles should received the same treatment.

Nice to see the T28 up there - still have mine rattling about in a drawer - a real design classic. It was my first Ericsson and turned me onto the brand back in the day (before esato even!)
T-28 should've been superseded by T-39m as it has more features and same styling and same physical specs. Bluetooth without the adapter was key. along with proper GPRS.
PS: Why isn't the SE S700/S710 not listed ... that thing was a Camera - a high end camera with a phone! That beauty held its value for almost 2yrs!!

Just a suggestion, why don't we make a poll for the best looking phones here in esato?

According Pocket-lint and its Style Week, these are the best looking phones ever. The list goes like this: - iPhone 4/4S
- Nokia Lumia 800
- Ericsson T28s
- Johns Phone
- Samsung X830
- LG Chocolate BL40
- HTC Legend
- HTC Hero
- Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc/Arc S
- Motorola Aura Celestial Edition
What you say guys?
I totally agree on the T28s, and the Arc/S and John's Phone (and not because we have the same name), I'd also add the Xperia ray, and even though I'm not a Nokia fan the X6.

Omg the W900i is still today the best experince in a phone i ever got. I had the white (throw it away last week, had been in the closet for years, buttons did not respont correct and at whole worn out)
the 2mp camera was awesome! 340mb internal memory, but the big screen and "rotate" AWESOME!!
and the unlock button (slide to unlock?)
still when it was new/1year i saw like 1 persons having it... strange coz it was the shit

To my liking, it's the Xperia Pro.
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand... Mediar's Site |

The T39 was more advanced technically but it wasn't as good looking a phone - I had both at the time and the T39 was always a dissapointment on that score. It was thicker and seemed generally podgier than the T28, came in a rubbish choice of colours (the standard being a toy-like blue as opposed to the T28's stylish grey), had an ugly overworked fascia, and worst of all - ditched the T28's press-to-open button for a boring standard flip that you opened by hand.
So ok, if this was a list of pretty advanced phones of ten years ago, the T39 would be right up there, but on looks the T28 completely smoked it.
