Hey dudez
How the f**k do you get over 1 day with your T68i?!?!
When I had my ex-T68i, I was smsing and waping and talking and GPRSing like an evil and I never got over 1 day of battery life
So how do you do this? I can't believe the T68i can be "alive" for more than 5 days... that's just amazing to me... Next week I am buying a T68i, again, so I'll try my best... although, approx. 500SMS/month, 40hrs talktime/month, 50MB GPRS/month and wap and stuff, will not let my battery to live so long...

Hi, Stuffman!
As I said I'm quite a rear user: I have T68i almost all the time with me, but usually I don't use it so much. Just I don't have to, because I can spend my employer's money for calls, emails and internet . And therefore the standby times of my T68i are so great. Of course, if I would talk some 5-6 hours continuously, then those 5-6 hours would be also the maximum standby time.
When you get your new T68i just do one attempt: after a long period charging use your phone only some minutes for talking and GPRS - you'll see the result.
But still the battery of T68i is mighty! When I had T10s and T18s, the battery gave to me only 2-3 days.

Wow!!!
Never had a phone that would last more than 1 or 1 and a half day
Even the Nokia 6310 (BTW this phone has the best battery ever) last 1, max. 1 and a half day in my hands

My mates Nokia 6310, (that is the one with bluetooth yeah?) has a genuine battery, it NEVER lasts as long as my T68i, and although i might not use my phone for an entire day or so, when I do use, I tend to really use it, 30-40 minute calls are very frequent for me.
Saying that he is one of the nokia people we all have so much fun with, he ALWAYS leaves his bluetooth on, if I do a search at work, his is always there! |

battery life on the T68i is the best i have ever encountered. with regards to charging have always thought it was difficult to overcharge batteries because manufactures take into acount that they will be charged overnite anyway!!!! |

I agree with Ked69, maybe not the best, but it is not far - come on people if you want a nice small phone that has LOADS of features, the T68i is the best on the UK market at the min.
I maybe biased, as all of my nokia experiences have been poor |

Hi All,
I recently got my T68i (finally) and am pretty impressed with the battery life too.
However, do all the talktime counters lie?
Standby seems about right, although it does vary here and there. But talktime always starts out at like 6.5hours, and quickly drops.
When here in Canada, my phone always says approx 280hours stdby, but in Taiwan & Hong Kong it never said more than 200 hours!
When returning from Taiwan, it said 180 in Taiwain, and I then got on a plane, came to Vancouver, got off, and it said 230!
Go figure!
Also, on my old T39, it seemed every minute of talktime was equivalent to an hour of standby. So 180 hours standby meant 3 hours talktime. Is that so with the T68? |

My (T68i) battery lasts about 2 days. I had Nokia 6310 before. With the same usage it lasted easely 5 day. |

Just a little note: my T68i is now 10 months old, but the average stanby time is some hours less than 8 days. Impressive! The record is still some hour more than 11 days - 267 hours.
Peppers: Sa oled vist suur helistaja ja lisavőimaluste kasutaja? Kuidas muidu tundub: kas parem on Nokia 6310 vői T68i?

I dont think that the battery of the T68i is very powerfull! With my battery its already losing strength. Before I could easily have it on standby for 5 days. Now the max standby time is reduced to 3 days! Maybe its because I call more . Before my T68i, I had a 8310 and it could easily last 6 days!! But I'm happy with my battery! |

see, this is exactly what I don't understand... why don't everyone follow suit and use lithium polymer instead of lithium ion? cost... yes, but much more inticing to the customers when the phones can last for days instead of hours. |
