C905 (slider-nokia-design) dosent seduce me at all, (to much Nokia-concept). i really really hope will make a clean new nice candybar (something like K850/k810/C902) with C905 features !
hate sliders ! (they have nearlly allways cracky buildquality compared to candybars). just look at the first N95...wwaahhhhh

i think the black C902 is very very beatiful, AND THE BEST BUILDQUALITY I EVER FELT. (yes, ive tried it)
so , make a C905 with a little thicker C902-chassi...pleeeaaaase

Personally, I find C905's deisgn much more elegant and professional-looking than K850's. I find it superb!. Plus, I've always liked sliders because they seem so much more compact than candybars... and they've got more space for the screen .

@Plankgatan Give it up buddy. The Nokia style sliders seem to conquer the world, with or without your blessing I stil remember my 7650 and I must admit, the C905 looks good - almost indistinguishable from some modern nokia s40 sliders . Nice to see more and more SE fans accepting the 'slider' idea.
Back on topic - I really think, the original porter should get a N95-8gig and in 6 or so months (or whenever SE manage so fix the bugs), 'upgrade' to a c905

I think they made it a slider to give it more of a digicam feel. Sure, it might not look as nice as the K850i, but you CAN'T say that it doesn't look pretty damn good (this is SE we're talking about ;o). I mean, it's is hard to make an extremely elegant phone that's stuffed with an 8.1 MPX camera (Thats 62% more pixels compared to 5 MPX), so you have to admit they did a good job with the looks.

Why? I honestly don't see many advantages, Symbian being the biggest. It would definitely not be because of N95 8GB's display, as C905 once again whoops Finish arse with a BEAUUTIFUL display.
Besides, as I've said all along, C905 is still A2-based, which means there won't be much - if anything - left for SE to fix. They've dealt with most of the problems in earlier firmwares, such as K850 / W910 firmwares, which means C702/C902/W760, etc. are stable. And it'll only get better.

A2 based ?
Meaning it will be just as shitty, slow and riddicously poor as my K850 - using the same underpowered cpu that cannot render the menu at adequite speed let alone process the camera pictures into a reasonable quality without artefacts or edgenoise or purple colorcast, same low quality 2mpixel lense only now using 8mpixel software interpolation insted of 5mpixel software interpolation used in my stupid K850 propably making pictures even worse.
In short it will be all the same crap as the K850 all over again - and still the many fanboys that wasted money on the K850 will throw them selves at the C905 also - wasting even more money.
The only good things I can see are better design, and no more annoying softbuttons.
