amazing how the first couple of photos posted were so blurry compared to these later ones. i wonder what the difference was? operator error? |

Most of those pictures were taken i Sweden. It has been very bright and (unusually) sunny the last coupe of days and the majority of the pictures were taken outdoors as well.

looks to me that photo quality seems to be operator dependent.
Good to know that G900 is capable of impressive photos. I'm very impressed and depending on what the 17th announcement offers, I may purchase one. |

why would picture quality be operator dependent? doesn't it all come from the same factory?

in theory it could be different but that would be due to operator specific firmware and im sure all the G series bought so far are generic sim free handsets so that cannot be the case. |

Don't be confused. The first couple of shots appears to be blurry because they are posted in FULL RESOLUTION. that is actually the best picture/post to evaluate the quality of pictures taken by G900.
the subsequent pictures posted after that are posted in a forum format. Those are resized down to best fit the forum. They appear to be much better because the pictures are compressed, the blurry image would get sharper and the noise would be minimized to the point that you can't see it.

that picture would look very nice printed out as a 6 x 4 or 5 x 7 print!!quite impressive!!use anything to enhance it at all, or was it auto settings and straight from the phone? |
