not a scam and that when payout comes you do get paid. also before joining any ptr site READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE Carefully as otherwise you may not get paid either - some state they pay 0.000001 % of what you earn , anothes says 100 % of earnings go to admin fees. never join without checking a site out first. if you still decide to join good luck and hope you earn a bit of extra cash.
